KnitMeet
Come be part of the yarn crafts and knitting group – knitनाती. Whether you’re picking up needles for the very first time or you’ve been crafting masterpieces for years, this club is for all skill levels and open to everyone — men and women alike. We will start with a team knitting project, and over time decide on our subsequent projects. Come join your friends in a no pressure, fun and relaxing activity.

Yoga
Come be a part of the fitness club for yoga sessions. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand‑new to the mat, it’s the perfect time to boost your energy, strengthen your well‑being, and jump into a healthier lifestyle. Come with your friends for a fun, no‑pressure, feel‑good yoga session that will leave you refreshed and smiling.

StepChallenge
As part of the MMA2026 Committee’s ‘आरोग्यम् धनसंपदा’ (Health is Wealth) initiative, we will be hosting Three (3) Step Challenges throughout the year—Spring, Summer, and Fall. Our Spring Step Challenge will run from March 1 to March 31, 2026. All details are available in the the registration form. This challenge is free and open exclusively to 2026 MMA members. We encourage you to take advantage of this fun fitness opportunity—join in, stay active, and motivate your fellow MMA members to participate as well. Move More! Feel Better! Compete Together!
The 2026 Committee will also be participating in the Step Challenge but will not be eligible for any prize 🙁

Hike
The MMA 2026 committee is excited to announce a quarterly hiking series as part of our “आरोग्यम् धनसंपदा” (Health is Wealth) initiative! We invite members of all ages and fitness levels to join us for four invigorating hikes throughout 2026. Based on interest and feedback, we may expand or adjust future outings.
Hiking Overview:
- Inclusive for All: Hikes are open to all age groups and fitness levels—everyone is welcome!
- Convenient Locations: Each hike will take place at a popular trail within roughly one hour’s drive from the Atlanta area.
- Flexible Transportation: Participants can coordinate carpools or arrange their own transportation to the trailhead. MMA will help facilitate connections but will not provide organized transport.
- Accessible Trails: We’ll select trails between 3 to 5 miles in length, with easy to moderate terrain, making them enjoyable and accessible for most participants.
- Schedule: Our adventures will kick off in the morning, departing Atlanta at 7:30 AM and wrapping up around noon on selected weekends. Exact dates and trail details will be shared in advance.
- Self-Pay Event: All expenses, including transportation, park fees, snacks, or gear, will be the responsibility of individual participants.
- Waiver of Liability: Please note, participation is entirely voluntary. MMA is organizing these hikes as a community activity and will not be liable for any injuries or unforeseen incidents.
